Presenting / Participating Companies

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. appreciates your participation in our 29th Annual Media, Internet & Telecom Conference, Monday, March 8 - Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Pertinent information regarding the format of the conference follows.

Speaking Format for Companies Presenting

We will contact you with your specific speaker time as we get closer to the conference. The preferred format for your speaking slot will be a Fifty (50) minute fireside including a Q&A session with attendees, however, if you have a specific message to deliver, we can accommodate presentations. There will not be any breakout sessions.

One-on-One and Small Group Meetings

You will have the opportunity to meet virtually with leading institutional investors in Video One-on-One meetings hosted on Zoom. These meetings are in extremely high demand and we ask that you indicate during the registration process the time(s) you will be available for these meetings. Please commit to at least one full day encompassing your presentation time slot. Those companies that are not able to devote a full day to the conference participation may be reconsidered.

Donna Lichvar is the primary contact for One-on-One Meetings. She will contact you to schedule these meetings in accordance with the times you have allotted. Each virtual One-on-One / Small group meeting lasts for Fifty (50) minutes. She can be reached via e-mail at

Webcasting (For Presenting Companies Only)

If you require a live feed and on-demand replay for compliance purposes, please contact If requested, the link is complimentary, will be available up to a year post presentation and will be sent the week prior to the conference. An mp3/mp4 file will be available to you post-conference if needed.

Corporate & Attendee Registration

Each attendee from a participating company is required to complete a Registration Form. If you are unsure of your full participating representative list, please register at least one individual to confirm your company's participation.  You will be able to register additional representatives at a later time.  Please register as soon as possible so that we can properly promote your participation.

Company Literature

If your speaking format is a formal presentation, please send any slides (Power Point or PDF) to Harrison Grady, least 3 business days prior to your presentation time.  In none are provided, a hold slide will be used for your session.
For your one-on-ones / small group meetings, we encourage you to upload any document(s) that you wish to distribute to investors you are meeting with by logging into your registration. Click the 'Upload Document' link at the top of the navigation bar and upload your file(s).

Alternatively, you can send any materials to provide investors via a PDF file or weblink file to  These materials will be made available to those who have scheduled meetings with your company.  As always, please discuss with your legal counsel the use of your materials as handouts.


After careful consideration of the safety and well-being of our clients and employees with regard to the evolving conditions surrounding COVID-19, we have decided to move forward with the event as a virtual conference on Eastern Standard time. There will be no in-person meetings or functions in Palm Beach.
